The following list of resources is provided by the PDCA of Hawaii as a courtesy to our Contractor members and guests. Our goal is to provide both our membership and the general public with tools, tips and trends in the painting and decorating industry.

PCA National
Founded in 1884, the Painting Contractors Association (PCA) is a national trade association dedicated to the success of painting and decorating contractors through ethics, education, and excellence. PCA is recognized and supported by many industry manufacturers and suppliers as the premier organization committed to helping professional painting and decorating contractors improve their business.
FCA International
FCA International represent the union finishing contractors who work in painting/coatings, drywall finishing, glass/glazing, flooring, signs/displays, and related finishing industries.
DC50
District Council 50 represents Hawaii’s construction finishing trades including Painters, Tapers, Floorlayers, Glaziers, and Pearl Harbor Metal Trades.

State of Hawaii DCCA Licensed Contractors
Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs Professional and Vocational Licensing Division works toward efficient and expedient processing of applications, licenses, and renewals to ensure the public has choices amongst competent, licensed practitioners.
