Hawaii’s aging buildings require testing to find the proper primer and paint
Hawaii’s older buildings have more than likely received multiple coats of paint over the years. This causes a buildup of layers that can peel from the surface like the layers of an onion. Sometimes it can be the failure of the primer from the previous painting project or the failure of the primer from the original painting project that was done many years ago when the building was first built.
